Why fish in Norfolk?
In my opinion Norfolk offers the best coarse fishing in the UK. In fact it should be a mecca for coarse anglers anywhere in the world!
Why do I say this, well I believe these statistics speak for themselves:
- I have found over 55 (and counting) still water venues to coarse fish - that is a different venue for every weekend of the year!
- Over 25 rivers - including the renowned River Wensum and mighty River Yare
- Oh, and did I mention the jewel in the crown - The Norfolk Broads famous for its monster pike and shoals of Bream
OK, yes I am biased, I love Norfolk. Having been born and raised here, and more importantly lived in London for 10 years, I can really appreciate all that it has to offer - especially the keen coarse angler!
