I read with interest that Swangey Lakes is fishing well, this is one venue I would really like to try out. Has anyone got any experience of the place they would like to share?

Reading my local press it appears the Waveney Valley is performing well once again. In particular this time Marsh Trail Lakes. While this might strictly speaking be in Suffolk, I am keen to support my neighbouring county as well!

BIG congratulations to Chris Hawkins a keen Norfolk angler who has just beaten the Yew Tree Lake record by landing a 44lb 5oz Common Carp!

Could Taswood Lakes in Flordon hold the future record Ghost Carp? It certainly looks likely as the unnamed ‘ghostie’ was caught again recently at 38lb 8oz, and the fishery boss Richard Ellis reckoned it should break the 40lb barrier!
