Norfolk Anglers Conservation Association (NACA) Award

Norfolk Anglers Conservation Association (NACA) LogoWell done to Norfolk Anglers Conservation Association (NACA) on being awarded £10,000 by the Environment Agency.

The award is to fund a project to assess the feasibility of sustainable river restoration projects covering the River Wensum at Lyng and at Costessey. The project will also produce outline designs to support The River Wensum Restoration Strategy.

The Chairman of NACA, Chris Oakley said: “We are happy to be leading the way on projects of this kind on the The River Wensum, something the Association has been heavily involved with for over twenty years and we are pleased to work closely and in partnership with the Environment Agency and welcome their support”.
